A project unlike any previously undertaken by Katharine Pooley to date, this 4,000 sq ft home, situated in a tiny, beautiful, Swedish fishing village enjoys extraordinary views across the surrounding sea. Consisting of the principle residence and an adjacent boathouse, this holiday home for a returning client enjoys fabulous, light and quaintly pretty architecture traditional for this area. The full re-design is being undertaken to allow this yacht-owning, sea-loving family a base to enjoy the surrounding archipelago of islands.
