Milan Panettone contains the flavours and aroma of the mother dough Bonifanti with only natural yeast without any addition of brewer’s yeast in harmony with Sultana raisins and candied orange and citron peels. Precious ingredients are cooled at room temperature and hand-crafted.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, Sultana raisins (14%), water, butter, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk, natural yeast sourdough (wheat flour, water), candied orange peels (6%): {orange peels, glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice concentrate}, candied citron (2%): {citron glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice concentrate}, mono and di-glycerides of fatty acids as emulsifier, invert sugar syrup, pasteurized egg white, honey, milk powder, salt, cacao butter, natural citrus fruits flavor, vanilla beans from Madagascar.
