The Katharine Pooley team present a 62 metre superyacht, MY Hera. Conceived for a young family based on the East Coast of the United States, the interiors boast sleek textural surfaces and refined materials, with touches of  timber marquetry and intricate metal inlays throughout its graceful design. The yacht interior design features classical motifs, fused with sculptural form, to create a fresh and exciting modern interpretation of luxury marine life. It was very important to the client that the yacht was designed to cater for multi-generational use as the children of the family vary in age. Katharine approached the design with comfort and functionality at its heart for this reason. Inspired by the history and hues of the Tuscan landscape, this highly personal contemporary masterpiece is a sight to behold. It was envisioned for a client who also owns a country retreat and vineyard in Italy which has inspired much of the design. This yacht is more than just a luxury vessel – it’s a seamless extension of the client’s lifestyle.
