RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Items purchased online or in the boutique may be returned within 30 days after the day on which you receive your delivery. In the event of a cancellation or return, a credit note may be issued or an exchange offered. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to Katharine Pooley via letter or email with full details of your order and proof of purchase. Notification by telephone is not sufficient. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning your order to Katharine Pooley at your own cost and risk. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and against one purchase only. Katharine Pooley cannot be responsible for lost or stolen credit notes, and no record of credit notes is stored on the system.
In the event that goods are found to be faulty, a full refund or exchange will be offered. Katharine Pooley must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods in order to give a refund.
In the event that you would like to return a product, you must take reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or whilst in transit. Katharine Pooley reserve the right to refuse a credit note on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the credit note amount if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-sellable condition. We aim to process these refunds as soon as possible but this may take up to 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Items that are ordered on behalf of a customer are non-exchangeable and non- refundable. Only if an item is found to be faulty will Katharine Pooley consider offering an exchange or refund.
All goods remain property of Katharine Pooley until paid for in full.
CANCELLATIONS ON SPECIAL ORDERS
No cancellation can be accepted once an order has been scheduled for production. Orders cancelled prior to production will be subject to a 25% cancellation charge to cover administration and design costs.
