Defined by its beautiful architectural proportions including a sweeping staircase and gilded entrance hall, elegance is reimagined within this ornate residence. Originally inspired by traditional British living, the home features soft-blue damask fabric-lined walls and bedrooms dressed in Colefax and Fowler, celebrating timeless heritage and decorative refinement. Katharine Pooley was commissioned to redesign and refurbish key family spaces, including the family living room, family dining area and primary suite. Working closely with the client, Katharine carefully integrated existing antiques and artwork, adding depth, character and layered storytelling to the scheme while ensuring the spaces remained both luxurious and effortlessly family-friendly.
